Lenti’s Review
Happy Lemon helped popularize the salted cheese cap, and the original is still satisfying — a savory, slightly tangy cloud over green tea that you sip through to get that sweet-salty mingling. Their lemon-forward drinks are a refreshing niche too. The pearls are middle-of-the-pack and the spaces lean generic, so it doesn't top the leaderboard, but the cheese-tea ritual keeps me coming back a couple times a season.
